Tailwind Venture Properties was founded in September 2007 and registered as a Domestic Limited Liability Company in the State of California. In March 2025, we relocated our headquarters to Texas and registered as a Domestic Limited Liability Company there — adopting our current name to better reflect our focus as a real estate investment company.
We are registered in every state where we conduct business, as required by state law, and we partner with local, licensed real estate agencies, contractors, sub-contractors, lending institutions, and title companies in each state we operate. We only hire local, caring, and qualified individuals as property managers, keeping the funds we generate working in the local economy as our way of saying thank you to the communities that welcome us.
