Our perception in the communities we do business is also very highly valued. We wish to be seen as an asset to the community by creating beautiful properties that individuals can live and work in, as well as donating back to these communities for projects that the public will enjoy.
Tailwind Ventures is Veteran owned and was formed in September 2007 and registered as a Domestic Limited Liability Company in the State of California. In March of 2025 we moved our office to the State of Texas and registered as a Domestic Limited Liability Company. At such time we also changed our name to Tailwind Venture Properties to better emphasize our business as a Real Estate Investment Company. Tailwind Venture Properties, LLC is also registered in every state where we conduct business as required by State Laws. We work with local, licensed real estate agencies, contractors, sub-contractors, lending institutions and Title companies in each State we do business. We only hire local, caring, and qualified individuals to work for us as property managers. We believe in keeping the funds generated to help the local economy continue to grow. This is our way of saying thank you for allowing us in your community to provide rental housing for your residents and their families.
